häwa at the SPS trade fair: from stock items to customized solutions

Smart Production Solutions, or SPS for short, is the international trade fair for industrial automation and the annual highlight of the automation industry. With its unique concept, it covers the entire spectrum of smart and digital automation. More than 1,200 national and international exhibitors are expected in Nuremberg in mid-November. Among them is häwa GmbH, the leading quality supplier of electrical enclosures, control cabinets and well-designed enclosure solutions for the installation of electrical components.

This year, häwa will be in Nuremberg with a comprehensive program and several new products. The motto “from stock product to perfect customer solution” is the overarching theme. Customized solutions based on standard products are a hallmark of häwa GmbH. Trade show exhibits in various stages of completion will be on display, and häwa will once again prove that individual solutions do not have to be expensive.

X-frame, the patented solution with the versatile application possibilities, is naturally also featured at the SPS. In use in thousands of applications in the most diverse industries and sectors, X-frame is more than just a machine frame. No two machine frames are functionally the same. However, they all have one thing in common: they must be able to grow with their requirements. That is why X-frame is a modular system that offers maximum flexibility. This concept has been successfully implemented since 2008 and is constantly being further developed. Among other things, an X-frame machine frame with an integrated, swivel-mounted control cabinet will be on display at the trade show.

Cobot workstations for various applications, including X-frame solutions, will be on display at the häwa stand, along with the range of tools including the Quickpress 300, Multipress 500, Powerlec Vario Plus and the 2678 wiring channel cutter. häwa will also be presenting a control cabinet with active cooling and an anti-vandalism lock that meets RC2 standards. Also on display will be a cost-effective control cabinet based on a catalog enclosure with UL approval, as well as a control cabinet combination based on a catalog design with customer requirements incorporated up to the customer solution – a cost-effective offer because the development is based on häwa standards. In addition, häwa will be presenting a control cabinet for robotic applications. Filter fans, some with water protection hoods, heat exchangers and air conditioners, are installed on the cabinets.
