We at häwa have standardized door systems for the X-frame models that can be used repeatedly. In addition to standard hinged doors, sliding doors and lift doors, folding doors, pneumatic and electric door systems are also available.
And the customer also has a free choice when it comes to securing the doors.
häwa uses all designs available on the market and adapts the door systems to them. Handles, hinges, windows and stops are designed according to customer requirements and the environment of the machine frame.
The liftgate door systems developed by häwa are simple and effective. The integrated mechanical retraction system is a cost and space saving innovation. Bothersome and space consuming counterweights are a thing of the past. The required guides are intelligently integrated into the vertical corner struts, maximizing available space. The exterior access doors on the vertical struts allow for quick and easy access to the guides.
Lift door systems
X-frame offers its customers standardized lifting door systems made of sheet steel and aluminum profiles, which are individually designed for the respective application. We offer the following lifting door systems, including the necessary safety technology.
- Mechanical lifting door systems with counterweights, which we can mount in front of or between the vertical corner struts.
- Mechanical lifting door systems with spring balancers that no longer require counterweights. Spring balancers and guides are accommodated in the X-frame to save space. This gives these doors a wider access area. Thanks to an optimized guide system, we can offer doors with larger strokes.
- Pneumatic lifting doors are used in consultation with the customer. There is also the option of integrating existing customer systems.
- We usually purchase electric lifting doors, roller shutters and other systems from our long-standing suppliers.
Folding doors
We offer classic hinged doors in all known designs. The dimensions are freely selectable.

We usually use polycarbonate, toughened safety glass (ESG) and laminated safety glass (VSG) as panes. Colored panes and other designs are also possible.
