Once you have submitted your online application, it is up to us to prepare the next steps. We would be happy to show you what happens after we receive your application and provide you with additional valuable information and tips about your application to häwa.

1. Confirmation of receipt  

• After we have received your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by email shortly thereafter.
• Your documents will be forwarded directly to the personnel department and reviewed.
• The preselection process usually takes about one to two weeks.

2. Interview

• If your documents spark our interest, we will invite you to an initial on-site interview, which serves to get to know each other and usually takes about 45 minutes. In individual cases, initial interviews also take place virtually.
• Depending on the position, further interviews may then take place, with an even greater focus on the respective field and the required qualifications.
• We are also happy to offer you a trial day at work. This will give you a comprehensive insight into the activities, your workplace and your future team. 

It also gives us the opportunity to ensure that you are a good fit for the position - a win-win situation for everyone.

3. Conclusion of contract

• If all interviews (and the trial day) have been successful and the details of the employment contract have been discussed, then nothing stands in the way of your start at häwa.

Time frame
The duration of the application process and the individual steps are, of course, also dependent on your availability. The time frame can vary, especially after the first interview. Normally, the entire process should not take longer than one to two months. However, we ask for your understanding if it takes a little longer in individual cases.
