CAREER
This is what you get...

Your training:
You will learn about business contexts and deal with the planning, control and documentation of commercial processes – from material procurement to sales. In doing so, you will pass through various departments, such as sales, financial accounting, purchasing, marketing and human resources.
You will take on tasks independently and work largely autonomously.

Duration: 3 years

SCHOOL LEAVING CERTIFICATE
At häwa you will receive practical training, accompanied by vocational school in Laupheim, where you will learn the theoretical basics of your profession together with other apprentices.

CAREER
This is what you get...

Your training:
In the training workshop, you will learn the basic skills that you will need for your future career. During your training, you will gain insights into the various areas of production, such as the folding shop, welding shop, assembly and paint shop. You will learn how to use various machines and tools and how to fabricate small assemblies using different welding processes.

Duration: 3,5 years

SCHOOL-LEAVING CERTIFICATE
Good O-levels or above.

At häwa, you will receive practical training, accompanied by vocational school, which takes place in Laupheim in the first year of training and in Biberach in the second year of training, where you will learn the theoretical basics of your profession together with other trainees.

CAREER
This is what you get...

Your training:

You will gain insights into the various areas of the IT world – including the planning and configuration of IT networks, but also tasks such as the professional elimination of faults and errors. You will be an integral part of our IT team and will already take on smaller projects independently. You will not only learn the technical know-how, but also how to communicate your knowledge well and understandably.

At häwa, you will receive practical training, accompanied by vocational school in Biberach, where you will learn the theoretical basics of your profession together with other apprentices.

CAREER
This is what you get...

Your training:
During your training, you will gain insights into the various areas of construction. You are already an integral part of the design team, developing and creating software-supported 3D models, technical drawings and other documents. These
are primarily required for the development and production of our control cabinets. You are in close contact with the
production planning and manufacturing departments.

Duration: 3,5 years
