What individual cobot workstations are possible?
What you need is possible! In principle, a combination of X-frame machine frame, control cabinets and Cobot unitscan be constructed. Required control cabinets can be installed in the Cobot workstation. Other customizable components include movable support arms, additional storage space or a customized design or the printing of a company logo. If necessary, filters can be installed for air purification. Installation of air conditioning is also possible.
Monitors, screens or touch panels can be included for easy operation of the cobots. Depending on the application of the machine, we use a variety of materials in the manufacturing of workstations, including stainless steel, steel plate and plastic. Stainless steel is recommended for hygienic applications, as it is very easy to clean.

Stationary workstation with mobile cobot unit
Initially, you have the option of connecting stationary workstations to mobile cobot units. Here, the workstation is fixed in place, but the cobot unit can be pushed to another workstation if needed. This keeps the collaborative robot flexible and able to help out where it is needed.
Stationary sorting and assembly unit
Do you need a stationary sorting and assembly unit? The häwa X-frame makes this possible. We can construct a stationary sorting and assembly unit with two mobile material trolleys on the sides. This design allows material to be fed in from both sides without the cobot unit having to be moved. This ensures that the material supply remains constant and that production does not have to be interrupted at any time.
Mobile or stationary cobot station with locking feet
In principle, a cobot station can be designed to be stationary or mobile. Casters enable a flexible solution: the workstation can be moved and then safely parked in one place. Do you want to transport your cobot station with a pallet truck or forklift? This option can also be implemented, for example with a specially designed transport base for the cobot unit.
