häwa robot control cabinets are available in two versions: as a cobot base frame and a modular cobot base frame. The basis of both base frames is a stabilized control cabinet that can be expanded in a modular fashion if desired. The robot control cabinets or cobot housings consist of a closed, stabilized body that can be produced very cost-effectively thanks to its simple design. The electronic processes of the robots or cobots, which are controlled from there, are located in the control cabinet itself.
The housing is protected to IP 55, there are doors on the front and back, and the body also has built-in filters, fans and mounting plates. The corners and edges of the cobot housing are stabilized on the inside to make the control cabinet even more stable. If necessary, the interior can be separated or additional locking casters, leveling feet or handles can be attached. Depending on the application, you can choose from a range of different materials for the worktop, including aluminum, aluminum groove profile, powder-coated steel or wood.

The design effort for the Cobot housing is very low, which also reduces manufacturing costs. The housing space is IP protected for electrical components and control. This makes Cobot underframes ideal for applications without special requirements for the underframe.

The modular Cobot base frame is the advanced version of the simple Cobot base frame with several floors or functional levels. Here, the housing can be expanded with a separate floor – for example, with a base level for transport with a pallet truck or forklift.
